Programme

Several projects, a single trajectory.

From the physical network to industrial partnership, through to logistics organisation, every project answers the same objective: making the country's supply safer, clearer and durably controlled by the State. The items below are either established facts or clearly stated targets; detailed capacities and timelines will be specified as the work proceeds.

Phase 1 · 2026

Takeover and securing

Return of assets to the State, incorporation of the company, installation of governance and securing of the network and sites.

Phase 2 · upcoming

Modernisation

Upgrading pipelines, stations and depots, making downstream data reliable and building up team capability.

Phase 3 · horizon

Extension and development

Developing logistics capacity, building on partnerships and contributing to lower supply costs.
