Principles

Public purchasing held to transparency.

Transparent purchasing is part of the company's founding mandate. Every consultation follows the same rules, open to any candidate meeting the conditions, and documented from publication through to results.

Openness

Equal access to contracts

Consultations are published and accessible to any qualified operator, national or international, with no restriction on access to the dossier.

Equality

The same rule for all

Award criteria are announced in advance, identical for every bidder, and assessed by a dedicated commission.

Traceability

From publication to results

Each step is time-stamped and archived: notice, dossier, bid-opening session and publication of the award.
