Alongside those who move energy logistics forward.
ENGIP-RDC SA is building its partner ecosystem around a shared goal: a resilient national downstream sector. State oversight, strategic agreements and technical cooperation are its first pillars.
A first structuring agreement.
In April 2026, ENGIP-RDC SA signed a strategic partnership with SEP Congo, a Congolese petroleum-logistics player operating since 1910: the company's first major agreement since its incorporation.
Strengthening the downstream logistics chain
The partnership combines the assets reclaimed by the State with a century of operating expertise to secure supply to the domestic market: from intake at the Matadi and Ango-Ango terminals through to the Kinshasa depots.
It directly extends the State's recovery of the infrastructure and marks the company's move into a fully operational phase.

The company relies first on its institutional partners, and is progressively opening cooperation to new technical, financial and industrial players.
